Food was excellent and I have nothing but good memories from this trip. The room was beautifully maintained and new-fashioned with a shampoo and hand soap in the private bathroom. Btw, the airport was 1 km away...

The hotel was in an amazing and lovely location adjacent to a nice pizzeria with great pizzas and great views over Kandy and the Kandy Lake and the city center.

Kandy City View offers a favorable location next to a charming pizzeria known for its delicious pizzas. For the price we paid, we got amazing value - clean and spacious rooms, delicious and filling breakfast, and the best pizzas in town at the restaurant. The location was great, with easy access to the city center, and the staff at City View were courteous, kind, and helpful.

The twin room was clean and included a TV, modern bathroom, and welcome drinks, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The room I stayed in was pretty good in size with a balcony, and they even had wake-up service available; the hotel is conveniently close to a Thai Buddhist temple.

The setting up in the hills near the lake was absolutely beautiful, and the view was nice, too. the staff were super helpful, friendly, and always available 💫.
